To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and business, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims regarding:

The video must begin before opening the package

The shipping label must be clearly visible

The condition of the product must be clearly shown while unboxing
Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
Our team will verify the video before approving any refund or exchange.
5. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans may change.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us.

The order has been processed or shipped
It cannot be canceled.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product or verify the unboxing video, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
