1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

We offer:

  • ✔ Full Refund

If you request an exchange and the item is out of stock, we will automatically process a full refund.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, we take full responsibility.

After verification, we will:

  • Send the correct product
    OR

  • Issue a full refund

Our team will review the case and provide the best possible resolution.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and business, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims regarding:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products

Important Guidelines:

  • The video must begin before opening the package

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible

  • The condition of the product must be clearly shown while unboxing

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

Our team will verify the video before approving any refund or exchange.

5. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans may change.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us.

Once:

  • The 2-hour window has passed
    OR

  • The order has been processed or shipped

It cannot be canceled.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product or verify the unboxing video, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Processed to your original payment method

  • Credited within 5–7 business days

Approved Exchanges:

  • Replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
